The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets for the O2 Protection extended warranty scheme by ensuring maximum attachment of protection plans across eligible products sold through branches. The role includes monitoring branch performance, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve scheme penetration and revenue generation. The TSM will regularly visit assigned branches to review O2 Protection sales performance, monitor staff engagement, and ensure proper execution of sales processes. They will work closely with branch teams, including Branch Managers, Assistant Business Managers, and sales staff, to improve conversion and customer awareness regarding the benefits of extended warranty coverage. The role involves conducting product and process training for sales teams to improve knowledge of O2 Protection plans, warranty terms, customer benefits, claim procedures, and selling techniques. The TSM must motivate and guide branch teams to improve sales effectiveness and ensure proper communication of scheme benefits to customers. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing sales reports, branch-wise performance, and territory-wise trends to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective action plans. They must regularly review targets versus achievement and ensure timely follow-up for performance improvement.
