• Execute recruitment activities for branches and head office requirements
• Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, and documentation through HRMS
• Support Learning & Development initiatives including training coordination and tracking
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and disciplinary guidelines
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports
• Act as a single point of contact for employee HR-related queries
