Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Develop and implement warehouse policies, standard operating procedures, and operational controls.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
Manage warehouse staff, allocate resources, and monitor team productivity.
Coordinate with purchase, logistics, sales, finance, and other departments.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and efficient stock movement.
Monitor warehouse KPIs, operational costs, and inventory discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
