Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems in real time
Detect, document, and report suspicious or unauthorized activities
Conduct surveillance reviews and playback footage when required
Coordinate with security teams, management, and law enforcement during incidents
Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports
Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal guidelines
Identify system malfunctions and report technical issues promptly
Support investigations related to theft, fraud, or safety violations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
