• Oversee daily operations of the store godown including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch. • Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials in coordination with the ERP system. • Maintain accurate stock levels through periodic physical verification and reconciliation with system data. • Supervise loading and unloading activities ensuring proper handling and safety of goods. • Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions and cleanliness within the godown. • Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely stock movement. • Track ageing stocks and report slow-moving or damaged items to the management. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements related to stock and warehouse management. • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure efficient stock rotation. • Manage and guide store assistants and helpers for smooth day-to-day operations.

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Diploma in any discipline. • Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. • Minimum 0–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in retail or electronics sector).
